RYAN RESIDENCE

Michigan Avenue high-rise – this effort took on combining 3 – 2000sf units into one modern home. The living support functions were strategically placed towards the inactive side and personal spaces took all advantages of an eastern view. These spaces we’re divided by two – 15’-0” sliding glass walls, which could be operated by the small hand of any 110lb women.
