Ellis Residence

  A 19th century town home was updated molded into a modern blend of the past integrating into the future. New mechanical systems we’re installed while expanding both the kitchen and master bedroom plans. Original plaster and wood detailing was re-created to keep the design integrity while adhering to a new modern floor plan. The original wood stair was disassembled, then reinforced, and assembled together; achieving an important design element of the home’s design.
